With Android devices undermined the dominance of Apple in the tablet market, there has been a lot of talk about when Samsung will announce details of their next tablet. A Greek technology website from techblog seems to have leaked the specs of the Galaxy Tab series 3, which may help Apple Samsung take pole position.

Galaxy Tab 3 will come in two versions, the Tab 10.1 and Tab 8.0. Initial difference between the two versions, especially the size of the screen, although the 10.1 models clearly have a larger battery of 8-inch models.

Design images leaked techblog included along with the specifications of the two models of the Galaxy Tab 3, which indicates that Samsung will use the rounded edge design as seen on the Galaxy Note 8 and Note 10.1.

Another leak revealed that, the Galaxy Tab 3 is planned to be powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and has 16GB of internal memory space. Another difference between the two devices is the amount of RAM, the Tab 10.1 has 2GB, while the Tab 8.0 will have 1GB of RAM. Both models will run on version 4.1 of Jelly Bean, which is a step up from previous models. However, these specifications do not differ from the model of the Galaxy Tab 2, so that the truth is still questionable.
